The Food and Drink Federation is the voice of the UK food and drink industry, the largest manufacturing sector in the country. Our members are committed to making a significant contribution to improving the environment and recognise the ever increasing focus on understanding and measuring greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental impacts across the food supply chain - from 'plough' to 'bin'. We welcome the aims of this timely Summit which will provide an excellent opportunity for companies to share their experiences, aspirations and understanding of the issues and to hear from leading companies, including FDF members, how successful companies are rising to the challenge.
